The Shenandoah Area Council, now operates camps Rock Enon and Sinoquipe.

Sinoquipe Scout Reservation, located in Fort Littleton Pennsylvaniawe will host our Scouts BSA summer camp program offering a traditional merit badge program and summer camp experience for youth age 11-17 years old.

Camp Rock Enon Scout Reservation, located west of Winchester, Virginia, will be the base-camp for our new Adventure Programs for Scouts BSA and Venturing youth age 13+ and our Cub Scout summer camp program for youth age 6-10 years old.
Scouts BSA troops will sign up to attend summer camp at Sinoquipe. Any Scouts or adults interested in reserving a space for one of the Adventure Programs based out of Rock Enon will register with their Troop through the reservation at Sinoquipe. Transportion for the Scouts and leaders participating in one of our Adventure Programs will be provided to base camp located at Rock Enon.
Camps Rock Enon and Sinoquipe are owned and operated by the Shenandoah Area Council, BSA. They are administered by a full-time Facility Management team, trained and certified by the National Camping School of the Boy Scouts of America. The camps are inspected annually by the local Department of Health and internally through the National Camp Accreditation Program. They are consistently rated as a Nationally Accredited Boy Scouts of America Camp.
Register now and pay a $100 deposit to hold a "SPACE" for your Troop. We also recommend that you estimate and reserve the number of "SPOTS" for adults and scouts you think you will need for next summer before they run out. We limit the number of Troops and SPOTS available to manage the total number of participants in camp for each session. Once we reach the maximum capacity for each session, Troops will not be able to add any additional SPOTS to their reservation. No deposits or payments are required to hold a SPOT until January 15th. SPOTS can be dropped before April 15 without any penalty.
2026 Key Date & Payment Schedule:
- $100 Deposit to "Hold a Space for each Troop"
- January 15 - $50 per scout, $25 per adult
- January 15 - Adventure Programs - $75 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT ENDS
- March 15 - $200 per scout, $25 per adult
- March 15 SAC OA Campership applications due
- April 1 - $25 Early Bird Discount for YOUTH regular summer camp fee ends
- April 7 - online Zoom orientation - How to sign up for merit badge classes
- April 7 - Paid in Full (scout) to access sign up for merit badge classes beginning 4/12
- April 12 - Merit Badge class sign up opens @ 12noon
- April 15 - @ 11:59pm is the last chance to drop any "SPOTS" without paying any penalties
- April 16 - 50% Refund policy begins
- May 5 - online Zoom orientation - Summer Camp Preparations
- May 15 - @ 11;59pm is the last chance to drop any "SPOTS" before NO REFUNDS begins
- May 15 - @ 11:59pm Camp Swag Pre-orders due
- May 16 - $25 LATE FEE BEGINS - any spots not paid in full by 5/15/26 @ 11:59pm
- May 16 - NO REFUNDS refer to refund policy
Payments can be made online with a credit/debit card or EFT (fee's apply) or by mailing a check payable to the Shenandoah Area Council at 107 Youth Development Ct. Winchester VA 22602. Include troop # , camp and session on the check.
2026 Refund Policy:
- Partial refund after April 15 (50%)
- NO refunds after May 15th
